soli deo gloria. all glory to God. this is what i press on to know and make known in my life. these are some of the reflections of this journey.
more specifically, i’m a post grad, young professional who is being mindful not to let the working world consume my life. i’m still dreaming & changing what i want to be when i “grow up,” but there are consistencies, such as teaching, traveling, going to church, loving God, fighting for good, listening to music and dancing.
i want to be known as a giving person, because God is revealing to me that my reward is not this earth. i have a future hope, through Christ, that frees me from being enslaved to having to have everything always be about me. so i’m trying to let it be about Him and giving to His creation for His glory.
i graduated with a degree in special education, but as of right now, i work as the head of a university’s multicultural office along side some of the best people.
bottom line: i’m trying to live out 1 corinthians 10:31 [“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God”] and thankful that i’m not going at it alone.
